Securely pack the unused pickleball gear in its original box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your equipment for play-wear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
